Harbour Hospice provides specialist palliative care for patients and families, alongside the care provided by their GP and specialist teams.
Is it for me?
Consider accepting a referral to Harbour Hospice when you are still reasonably well but you have some needs that require assessment (e.g. pain or symptoms or needing support at home). This way, you will be able to have better quality of life and feel supported during your illness.
Anyone with a life-limiting condition may be referred to Hospice for care and support. Patients are usually referred to Hospice through a healthcare professional, such as a GP or medical specialist.
It is possible to refer yourself or your family member. If you would like to talk to someone about accessing our services please contact us or you can email us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org.
