MediMap has now been safely restored, and we are contacting the very small number of tūroro/patients whose demographic details were accessed during the incident.
Harbour Hospice is a specialist, palliative care provider for families living in the Hibiscus Coast, North Shore and Warkworth/Wellsford communities. We provide compassionate, free care working with tūroro/patients, families, whānau and carers in their homes, and within our three hospice sites.
