After years of planning, and navigating a global pandemic, the monumental $20 million project to redevelop the Harbour Hospice building on the North Shore is celebrating a major milestone – being approved for public use.
An annual scholarship to further educate and train patient-facing volunteers has been launched in memory of a dedicated North Shore volunteer who gave 29 years of her time to Hospice.
Shrink wrap is on, scaffolding is up and construction is underway, but now Harbour Hospice North Shore needs your help to finish its vital $20 million redevelopment project.
With construction set to begin at Harbour Hospice on the North Shore, palliative care services will be delivered differently from the end of March, but with the same high level of compassionate care and support.
