Clinical Quality Coordinator
Harbour Hospice provides specialist palliative care services to patients and families living on the Hibiscus Coast, on the North Shore and in the Warkworth and Wellsford communities. We operate from three main sites at Red Beach, Takapuna and Warkworth. We are a values based organisation and take pride in working with and caring for people in our communities.
During this 12 month fixed term position as the Clinical Quality Coordinator, you are tasked with implementing and operationalising the quality framework and plan within the clinical teams at Harbour Hospice. With the Clinical leadership you will focus on sharing clinical best practice across Harbour Hospice, providing research and benchmarking where possible to clinical projects designed to improve the service.
You will be a key member of the Clinical Leads and will work closely with the Clinical Education Team Leader to embed changes. You will also work collaboratively with other members of the quality team and mentor the Quality Coordinator. And along the way, you will help foster quality champions to take ownership of changes you have been part of shaping.
You will be an experienced clinician who loves translating ideas to practical application and taking others with you. You will have a bent for quality, with some previous experience as a quality practitioner.
