Harbour Hospice provides specialist palliative care services to patients and families living on the Hibiscus Coast, on the North Shore and in the Warkworth and Wellsford communities. We operate from three main sites at Red Beach, Takapuna and Warkworth. We are a values based organisation and take pride in working with and caring for people in our communities.
In order to deliver our specialist palliative care service we rely heavily on a strong and sustainable fundraising base. We seek an accomplished fundraising leader to develop and implement the fundraising strategy for Harbour Hospice ensuring the current and future fundraising needs of Harbour Hospice are met.
This role will also effectively lead and manage the Fundraising team across Harbour Hospice to ensure the successful achievement of fundraising goals.

This role will primarily be based at our Hibiscus Coast site but will be required to travel across our catchment area which includes our North Shore and Warkworth sites.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working as a successful senior fundraiser with excellent financial and business acumen, ideally in the not-for-profit sector. We seek a person who is a strong values fit, has excellent interpersonal, networking and presentation skills and a track record of effectively leading teams.
