COVID-19: Information

COVID-19 Visitor restrictions

As we face the global COVID-19 pandemic, we’re taking all possible precautions to reduce the likelihood of exposure to the virus, and to help prevent its spread within our communities.

Please be assured, our services are still available. We are just a phone call away for our patients, whanau and the wider community. We are just delivering our services in a different way than we usually do.

With New Zealand currently in COVID-19 Alert Level 4 we have had to tighten the restrictions around visitors. To protect our vulnerable patients, clinical team and our community we are now closed to all visitors. Exemptions may be granted on compassionate grounds on a case-by-case basis.

Harbour Hospice Shops are now closed

While we remain in COVID-19 alert level 4, all 17 Harbour Hospice shops will be closed. We are so incredibly grateful for all donations, but during this time we ask that you hold onto them and do not leave donations outside the shops as our staff won’t be there to clear them. Thank you for your continued support and let's look after each other at this challenging time. We look forward to receiving your donations again in the near future!
